Downloading our programmes
Once you have purchased a program, that program is then assigned to your account ready to download. This first step in downloading it is to login. If you're not logged in, click the 'login' link at the top right of the site.
When you click the link, the page will then ask you to enter the email address and password you registered with.
If you can't remember your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link.
You will then be asked for the email address you registered with
If you enter a correct emaill address, the password will be sent to your email address. Please note that if you don't receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Once logged in you will be shown the following page.
You can either immediately click the 'View Orders' link on the accounts page.
Or you can click the 'orders' link in the top right menu at any time when you are logged in.
In the orders page you will see all the orders you have made.
Click the 'View' link on the order you want to download the video for. This will then take you to downloads page.
Press the Download link.
